Known State Policies

California: The only state with owning and carrying an expandable baton is illegal.

Massachusetts, New York, and Washington D.C. have laws making it illegal to carry, but legal to own for home use.

Tennessee: It is illegal to carry batons for self defense (TCA 39-17-1307). Allowance is given if the person carrying the baton has a valid certification card obtained through training.

The NEXTORCH Leather WALKER Series represents a pinnacle in tactical baton design, featuring the NEX 16" and 20" models. Central to the series is the patented NEX Locking mechanism, a state-of-the-art system that ensures the baton remains rigidly extended, capable of withstanding high-force strikes and thrusts. This patented locking mechanism allows for one-handed operation, enabling rapid deployment and retraction under pressure.

This 16" option comes in both material options. Steel for max impact and Air for a lightweight carry.

The construction of these batons ensures extreme durability, allowing them to endure impacts up to 2 meters (6.56 feet), a testament to their reliability in the field.

For ease of use and comfort, each baton is outfitted with a non-slip leather-covered grip, enhancing control during use. The inclusion of a spring steel clip on every baton allows for discreet concealed carry without the need for a holster. Designed for versatility, the baton tip features a nano-ceramic striker, ideal for glass-breaking and window-breaching operations, adding a layer of utility for emergency scenarios.
