Shipping Charges:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs if the product is returned due to damage or misuse.

Damages and Issues:

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent, email us so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns of custom products or hazardous material. Contact us for questions about specific items. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return.
