Shipping policy

Most orders ship within 2 business days. Orders coming from international production may take longer to ship and arrive. Orders containing lithium batteries can only be shipped by ground parcel service.

There is no federal law prohibiting the sell or carry of batons, but there are and state laws that vary. Check your with your state and local municipality for more info.

Known State Policies

California: The only state with owning and carrying an expandable baton is illegal.

Massachusetts, New York, and Washington D.C. have laws making it illegal to carry, but legal to own for home use.

Tennessee: It is illegal to carry batons for self defense (TCA 39-17-1307). Allowance is given if the person carrying the baton has a valid certification card obtain through training.

Please note that this is not a comprehensive list, and it is the purchaser's responsibility the ensure they comply with all local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.

 

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
