It is a good choice for anyone who need a reliable signaling device

Flexible Mounting Options

I got this light searching for rechargability and multi-functionality (white, colour, IR, strobe). And to be able to use it as my helmet light when needed beside my on bacpack. I did not find any good way to mount it on my helmet. This is the only reason I am choosing 3 starr points. There are no extra accesories for flexible mounting.

Do NOT buy for the infrared!!

Do not buy for the IR!! Other lights flash bright and work well for signaling but the infrared is essentially useless. Attempted to use this for night time drone ops/SAR to identify our units but the IR is so minimal and blocked by human heat signatures.

Clip is too lose, no way to tighten it.

The light itself is great. This light is IP68 Certified and the runtime is great compared to competitors. I also appreciate the different LEDs. However, the clips is very loose even I though tried to tighten the single screw under the cover. Because I bought the light not just for illumination, but for the ability to attach to my backpack, I feel justified to give it 1 stars out the 5. I don't use the light even though it has different LEDs and a great runtime because I can't attach it to my backback.
