This light has been great to use for nocturnal birding. It's compact, rechargeable, and meets my needs for illuminating wildlife when needed. Being able to toggle among brightness settings is great, but I really enjoy having the option to go straight to the maximum brightness using the rear button. Accidentally dropping the light onto rocks while exiting the truck did not compromise the performance in any way.

I have bought 3 of these... Every one of them had the threaded end too tight to open for recharge. I have owned a couple of different model torches and they were fine. But this is simply unacceptable. The twist end to open the charging port is on way too tight, that I actually got sore trying.... The bottom threaded cover to open the battery compartment opens with ease. The charging port twist thread is frozen solid inn place for being on way too tight. I just cant get it to open.

I thought this was just a bad one but I have ordered 3 of them and all 3 did the same thing and like I said... this is unacceptable. I gave this 3 tries and won't be buying another one of those.

You guys need to check your quality control and see for yourselves. No customer should have to fight and exert a lot of strength to open these ports. They should just open with relative ease and not brute force... Very unhappy with you and this product. The fact you actually ship the product out like that is cause for alarm....
