NEXTORCH Lifetime Warranty

NEXTORCH guarantees our products against defects in workmanship and materials. Under this Lifetime Warranty, our commitment is to replace or repair, at our discretion, any NEXTORCH product or part thereof which, upon inspection at our facility, is found to be defective. This service is provided at no charge for both parts and labor.

Warranty Coverage

  • The Lifetime Warranty is applicable to all NEXTORCH products, excluding batteries which are covered under a standard 5 year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Our warranty does not cover improper use, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear. Any misuse of NEXTORCH products voids the warranty, whether expressed or implied.
  • Should a product not qualify for warranty service, we offer repair services at a nominal charge for products returned to our facility (prepaid).

Exclusions and Service Process

  • This warranty excludes regular wear and tear aspects such as lamp burnout, switch malfunctions, or depleted batteries.
  • Exclusions also extend to damages resulting from abnormal use, misuse, neglect, battery damage, use of non-NEXTORCH batteries or accessories, and unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Warranty Disclaimer

The above warranty is exclusive, and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, shall be in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose.

NEXTORCH disclaims any and all liability for product malfunctions, physical injuries, or property damage that results in a whole, or in part, from the criminal, negligent, or improper use of the product, or from modifications or alterations thereto.

In no event shall NEXTORCH be held liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages relating to the purchase, use, or performance of any NEXTORCH product.
