Return & Refund
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but If any fails to meet your requirement, for any reason, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
Product must have been bought within the last 30 days and show no signs of damage.
To return a product for repair or replacement or return, please email email@example.com and include your full name, shipping address, and phone number.
Shipping charge will be paid by customers only if the products show signs of damage or abuse when received.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We suggest that you contact these third parties directly for information regarding their privacy, security and data collection and distribution policies prior to providing them with any information.
1. Due to COVID-19, timeliness of delivery is not guaranteed. But we will make a shipment ASAP.
2. We use a separate shipping company for our goods. This means that upon shipping, the risk of loss passes to this shipping company. If you receive an order confirmation, but you do not receive your goods in a timely fashion, please contact the shipping company for further details. If the shipping company is unable to help, please contact us and we shall try to help.
3. We cannot be held liable for delayed orders should the shipping company not arrive to collect our shipments on your order day. If this unlikely event occurs, then the order will leave us the following working day.
4. We cannot be held liable for any inconvenience that is caused by delays which are from the shipping company. This could include (but is not limited to) the courier re-directing a parcel to an incorrect address, or being unable to find a customer address.
5. Unless otherwise stated, shipping dates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon.
